Support Policy:
We advise you to back up all of your files before we work on your machine, to insure against data loss. Your data is your responsibility. We are trying to help you, but cannot control an act of chance if your computer goes down, it some how catches a virus, or you notice that things "don't work the way they used to". In general, it is advisable to back up your data, and to back it up often.
Please ask for our support waiver to be emailed to you for any "hands on" work to be done to your computer over the internet using our WebEx support option.

So how do you get support? Please email me at thedigitizingdiva@yahoo.com. If it is a quick question, I will shoot you an email back. If its anything that requires more than just a quick email, I will then evaluate what type of support you need and set something up with you.
What does it cost? Well that depends on you and what the support/product that was purchased at the Charlton Sewing Center was.
For web based support, via WebEx, where I must remotely "jump into your computer" (and is beyond the normal perview of dealer supported situations...such as "after hours support"), there is a fee of $40. This covers 1 full hour of support. Each additional hour is $15. Most issues are resolved in the first hour and it is very rare for issues to extend to an additional hour. Please contact me for payment options.
Do I support folks outside of the MA, CT, RI or other area that is more than an hour + outside of Charlton, MA? I would like to say that I will try to email you back to the best of my abilities. However, you need to contact your dealer or retailer for the best support for you.
