Let support remotely control your computer

Yes, every so often as we are trying to fix something we need to not only see what is going on but do some work ourselves. That means we need you to grant us access to your computer. We cannot do this with out you being right there in front of your machine. We respect your privacy and above everything else, we do not have the capabilities of looking at your machine with out you. We are good but not magic!

Support Policy reminder:
 As with any of our in-person support, our online support liability is the same: we do not accept any liability for any harm that may come to you, or your computer and or loss of data when we are working on your computer. We advise to back up all of your files before we work on your machine, to insure against data loss.

 If you grant us access to your machine, this means you understand the above liability policy and YOU accept full responsibility for any harm that may come to your data or your computer from us working on your computer. 

To accept this policy, and grant us access to your machine via WebEx. Please follow the following steps when we prompt you on the phone during your support appointment:
