From Constant Contact Email Sent on Sept 22, 2011

NEW Email Design I think you have noticed that I have signed on with Constant Contact here to send out emails. I was sending them out with my regular email account...which was very limiting. So my emails from now on will come from Constant Contact. These emails will be sort of like what you see from The Charlton Sewing Center emails being pretty and all...Please note: it is not the same account ( although I may repeat some information for cross posting purposes). This email is geared towards my students only.

NEW Online Software Classes
I have started to design interactive online software classes! These are NOT webinars, where you are listening and watching some thinly veiled sort of sales demo... but a real honest to goodness class! Where YOU can ask questions and share experiences with other students!
This is in the beginning stages folks, and I am looking for some "test" students for my first class. There is no charge for this class test class.
Please email me if you would like to volunteer as a "test" student!

There will be some system requirements... like a high speed internet access and the latest versions installed of Firefox or Internet Explorer. But keep tuned in and as this thing evolves I will post more information!
Don't worry though! We will still have instore classes at The Charlton Sewing Center! I did buy a projector after all! This online class thing will enable us to have classes on a weeknight and not have to have people drive in the dark after a hard day's work!

Fan Page on Facebook
I have had this up for a while...but I would like to get a real good community active on Facebook in regard to embroidery and embroidery topics! It is a "closed" group in respect that you must send a request in order to join (I do this to keep the spammers out) The only drawback here is that you MUST have a Facebook account in order to join! Have an account with Facebook? Click here to join!

Diva's Blog
That's right, what is a Diva with out her own blog to blog in? It focuses on technology in the creative textile arena (what a shocker! :)  )
It too has been up for a while, but I am making more of an effort to develop new articles and post new ideas! It is on the Digitizing Diva's webpage
